Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Missoula

The Missoula City Council has been working on  Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) language and zoning. It looks like there will be an ordinance presented to the full Missoula City Council to vote on soon.

For more information please refer to the graphic below provided by The Missoula Organization of Realtors. One can also go to a dedicated link on ADUs  that is being maintained by Councilman Bob Jaffe. Councilman Jaffe chairs the Planning and Zoning Committee (PAZ) for the city of Missoula.

The next meeting concerning ADUs will be at the weekly PAZ meeting on Wednesday, December 5th ,10am in City Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend.
